No, it's really not

Kinyon has been a respected caterer and restaurateur in the Napa Valley
since 1986. He credits his creative ideas to his publisher father, and
his love of food to "Granny" who instilled in him a zest for cooking
and entertaining. Kinyon is proud of his product and the people that
make it possible.
Bryan was home on the range at the young age of 13. He's cooked at great restaurants and run kitchens for major hotels. He's funny. He's passionate and boy, can he cook.
The newest addition to our team. Victoria's worked at fabulous hotels and resorts, most recently with The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. She's organized, she's professional and she fits right in with the rest of us. Victoria is Director of Catering and responsible for turning a bunch of people into a party. And she's great at it!
Mark came to Kinyon! from the wine industry. Mark is responsible for
the business of the business; coordinating vendor contracts and reporting
of in-store financial activity. Mark interfaces with our IT provider,
and coordinates transfers of equipment and supplies between our locations.
Ismael holds the title of Founding Chef. He began working in 1986, when
the restaurant was in Napa, and the bathroom was in the kitchen. Today,
Ismal's main focus is our off-site catering.
As consulting dietician, Dolores is responsible for developing and implementing
our nutrition program. Dolores oversees our ServSafe compliance in each
of our outlets, and provides in-service training on a regular basis.
